The Challenge: A company with several in-house databases wants to combine their data with rented lists. The formats need to be standardized, the lists segmented and coded, and multiple unduplication passes run. Hearing that Datascope is able to modify their merge/purge programs to handle diverse duplicate criteria, they ask us to look at their data.

The Solution: A multi-level merge/purge program is written which, combined with data standardization and CASS certification, minimizes duplication and makes the most out of their mailing dollars.

The Result: All multi-list mailings go through Datascope and the program is further refined to identify additional duplicates. Standard reports are created including processing and overlap summaries.
